Amy Jeffers, LMT, RYT

Amy Jeffers became interested in studying massage and yoga after her own personal healing experiences. As a result of many vehicular accidents, Amy began her own healing journey to overcome excruciating pain caused from a broken pelvis and whiplash. These injuries severely impacted her range of motion, caused pinched nerves and ruptured discs. Healing became a necessity to live a pain free, active lifestyle. Yoga, in conjunction with massage therapy, chiropractic care, and vegetable juicing, helped her to recover. Amy is 100% committed to helping others heal in the same way and has dedicated most of her life to healing. This passion has led her to practice yoga, and she has completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification through Nirvana Yoga in Richfield, Ohio in August 2016.
Amy graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Perrysburg, Ohio in October 2004 and she also obtained her massage therapy license from the State Medical Board of Ohio in February, 2005. She has continued her education and specializes in Prenatal and Children’s Yoga, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Connective Tissue, Thai Massage and Aromatherapy. Amy holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Art History from Bowling Green State University. During her undergraduate studies, Amy studied abroad and lived “her dream” studying Art and Anatomy traveling all throughout Italy. Amy’s true passions, combining art and science and her own personal experiences, has led her to assist others through yoga and other forms of bodywork.
